What is Feldenkrais?
Feldenkrais is a system used to promote bodily and mental well being through awareness of mental well-being by conscious analysis of neuromuscular activity via exercises that improve flexibility and coordination and increase ease and range of motion.

Why should I do Feldenkrais?
Our classes provide gentle and creative ways of releasing habitual patterns of movement, feeling and muscular stress. Through these classes you will quickly discover easy and effective ways to move more efficiently.
